Takayuki Ishii is a Japanese voice actor born on February 10 in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency I'm Enterprise. Ishii trained at the Japan Narration Actor Institute before beginning his career in the 2010s.

Ishii is known for his versatility as a supporting actor, frequently providing voices for background characters, townspeople, soldiers, and other ensemble roles across a wide range of anime and video game titles. His skills include voice percussion and impersonation, which have contributed to his ability to play multiple minor characters within a single series. He naturally speaks the Ibaraki dialect.

His voice can be heard in numerous popular anime series. He played a guard in Thunderbolt Fantasy Sword Seekers 4 and had a role as a henchman in Chainsaw Man.
