Mizuki Mano is a Japanese voice actress known for her work in anime, games, and stage productions. She is affiliated with the talent agency OgiPro THE NEXT. Mano was born on January 11 in Oita Prefecture, Japan, and stands 148 centimeters tall. After graduating from high school in Oita, she moved to Tokyo to pursue voice acting, attending the P's Voice Artist School during her training.

Mano made her anime television debut in 2019 with a role in the series ACTORS - Songs Connection. She has since appeared in supporting roles in several popular anime, including Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun, The Kingdoms of Ruin, The Witch and the Beast, and Fluffy Paradise where she voiced Ariabel Laina. In 2024, she joined the cast of the fantasy comedy A Salad Bowl of Eccentrics as Haruka Neya. In 2025, she began voicing the character Miiya in the fantasy series Scooped Up by an S-Rank Adventurer! (also known as The White Mage Banished from the Hero's Party).

In the video game field, Mano is recognized for her role as Sakura Laurel in the multimedia franchise Uma Musume Pretty Derby, a character she has voiced since 2022. She also voices the character Liverpool in the mobile game Azur Lane. Beyond voice work in anime and games, Mano is active in stage productions, having performed in shows such as Swallow Stage Project and Magic★Girls!! ~Starry Future~. She has also participated in ASMR projects and hosted radio programs. Her known interests include illustration and watching videos, and her special skills include singing and mimicking the sound of cicadas.
