Paulette Victor-Lifton is a professional in the voice-over industry whose work spans performance, sound production, and direction. She is recognized as a Post Producer, Supervising Sound Editor, Dubbing and Localization Producer, Voice Casting Director, and Voice Coach. Her career includes a number of roles in animation, anime, and video games.

One of her known voice acting credits is as the English voice of Frenne Gardenant in the series From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman. In the same series, she also provides the English voice for the character Needry.

Beyond her on-microphone work, Victor-Lifton has an extensive background in post-production. She launched her career as an AVID editor on feature films and music videos for networks including HBO, Showtime, and SyFy, as well as working with artists such as Garth Brooks, Travis Tritt, and Clint Black. This work led to her opening a full-service post-production facility. She later expanded into roles as a Supervising Sound Editor, Voice Casting Director, Dubbing Producer, and ADR Supervisor for major animation studios including Nickelodeon, DisneyToon, DreamWorks Animation, and others. In these capacities, she has won two Emmy Awards and six MPSE Awards from multiple nominations.

Victor-Lifton has also worked as a voice director for high-profile talent, including Meryl Streep, Kate McKinnon, Andy Serkis, Mel Brooks, and Zoe Saldana. She served as Co-Supervising Sound Editor for the acclaimed animated series Blue Eye Samurai, which received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Sound Editing.

Her industry leadership includes serving as Co-Chair for the AP Council and on the National Board of Directors for the Producers Guild of America. She is also on the TV Board for the Motion Picture Sound Editors Guild. She is a co-founder of Voice Masters, a program that teaches voice-over for animation, video games, commercials, and other media, and she hosts the podcast Tales from the Booth.
