Ashley Bell is an American actress and voice actor known for her work across film, television, and video games. She was born Anna Ashley Bell on May 26, 1986, in Santa Monica, California. She is the daughter of prolific voice actor Michael Bell and actress Victoria Carroll. Bell graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts with a degree in Fine Arts.

While Bell is widely recognized for her live-action roles, particularly her breakout performance as Nell Sweetzer in the horror film The Last Exorcism, she has also established a career as a voice actor. Her voice acting credits include work in English dubs of Japanese video games and animated series. Notable video game voice roles include providing the English voice for characters in titles such as Tenchi no Mon, Disney's Alice in Wonderland, Sorcery, and Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII. In television animation, she provided voices for an episode of The Penguins of Madagascar.

In the field of anime, Bell is known for her role as Allucia Citrus in the English dub of the series From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman. For this performance, she voices the character in English opposite Nao Tōyama, who provides the original Japanese voice.
