Cullen McCarthy is a voice actor whose work spans animated films, television series, and English dubs of Japanese anime. He began his voice acting career in 2011, with early credits including the English version of the Spanish animated film Wrinkles and providing a voice for Snowflake, the White Gorilla.

McCarthy gained early recognition for voicing the title character Miles Callisto on the Disney Channel animated series Miles from Tomorrowland, which premiered in 2015. He performed the role across fifty-nine episodes of the series and in the television film Miles from Tomorrowland: Let's Rocket. The same year, he was cast as the voice of Bogdan in the animated film Max & Me, a role that remained in production for several years before the film was released in 2023.

Throughout the 2010s, McCarthy appeared in supporting voice roles for several major animated feature films. He provided additional voices or minor character voices for Mr. Peabody & Sherman, The Book of Life, and Penguins of Madagascar, all released in 2014. In 2021, he voiced the character Noah in the animated comedy Ron's Gone Wrong. His live-action acting credits include guest appearances on the television series Shameless, Modern Family, and The Fosters.

In 2025, McCarthy joined the English dub cast of the anime series Secrets of the Silent Witch, produced by Crunchyroll. He voices the character Elliott Howard, a role performed by Japanese voice actor Ryōhei Kimura in the original version. The English dub premiered on the streaming platform on July 18, 2025.
