Krysta Gonzales is a Los Angeles-based actor, voiceover artist, and playwright originally from Texas. She is of Black American and Mexican American descent. Gonzales earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University Tisch School of the Arts, studying at the Experimental Theatre Wing. She has also trained at The Groundlings School, where she was a Diversity Scholar.

In the field of anime and animated series voice acting, Gonzales is known for playing the role of Gunsmith Bitch in the series New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT. Her voice work also extends to major animated feature films, including roles in Pixar's Oscar-nominated features Inside Out 2 and Elemental. Additionally, she has performed English dubbing work for the series Dafne and the Rest on HBO.

Beyond voice acting, Gonzales has appeared in live-action television, with credits including Quarter Life Poetry on FX and the series Cake. Her career also includes national advertising campaigns for globally recognized brands. As a playwright, her work M谩s Cara was the flagship production for the FuturX 2019 Theater Festival in Austin, co-produced by The Vortex and Teatro Vivo. She was listed as one of the 50 Playwright Project's best unproduced Latin plays in 2017 for this work. Her other theatrical works include Robin Hood: An Elegy.

Gonzales has recurring affiliations with several professional organizations. She is a member of SAG-AFTRA, Actors' Equity Association, and the Dramatists' Guild. She also serves as Secretary for the Board of Directors of The Michael's Daughter Foundation, an organization providing enrichment programs for youth and families in underserved communities.
