Niina Nakabayashi is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo who is affiliated with the talent agency ARISE PROJECT. She was born on July 27, though her birth year is not publicly listed. Nakabayashi stands 157 centimeters tall and trained at the Nihon Narration Engi Kenkyujo, also known as the Japan Narration Acting Institute. She holds a Grade 2 certification in the Eiken English proficiency test. Her special skills include calligraphy and illustration, and her hobbies include singing and making sweets.

Nakabayashi is known for providing the voice of Wakana Tabata in the anime television series A Hundred Scenes of AWAJIMA, also known as Scenes from Awajima. The series, an adaptation of the manga by Takako Shimura, is set to premiere in April 2026 and is produced by the studio Madhouse. In the story, which follows students at the prestigious Awajima Opera School, her character Wakana is driven by a love of musical theater.

Prism Step, Tina in Scarlet Borderland, and took on roles in Uma Musume Pretty Derby, Touhou LostWord, Kingdom: Hadou, Lord of Vermilion IV, and Thousand Memories. Her voice drama work includes the role of Hinako Kuramochi in Shinshi no Ban'nin. She has also co-hosted a radio program titled Sato Shunka and Niina Nakabayashi's Sama ni Nacchao on the SEASIDE Next Girl's SITE channel.
