Tsugumi Sakuragi is a Japanese voice actress from Kuwana City in Mie Prefecture. Born on February 3, she is affiliated with the talent agency Crocodile. Fans and colleagues often refer to her by the nickname Tsugumin. Her background includes training at the Nagoya branch of the Japan Narration Acting Institute. In a distinctive career path, she has continued working as a nurse alongside her voice acting activities. Her hobbies include cooking, fishing, and using social media.

Sakuragi began her voice acting career as a trainee at Crocodile in August 2018. She advanced to semi-affiliated status in December 2020 and became a full affiliate of the agency in April 2023. Early anime roles include parts in Dropkick on My Devil! and Ninedraw Cat Nest. She also performed as the character Daigo Takeru in the film Milk no Kevin THE MOVIE. In the television series Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer, she voiced a nurse, and she played an open cafe clerk in Ultraman Blazar.

One of her notable roles is Erika Kōdaiji in the original anime series Momentary Lily, which premiered in January 2025. The series was produced by studio GoHands and featured Sakuragi as part of a main cast that included Natsuko Abe, Shion Wakayama, Manatsu Murakami, Misaki Kuno, and Miyuri Shimabukuro.

Beyond anime, Sakuragi has an extensive body of work in video games. Her game credits include roles in Venus Scramble, The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki, and the Nintendo Switch title Forward to the Sky, in which she voiced the Witch and Crystal characters. Additional game appearances include Hop Step Jumpers, Help!!! Koi ga Oka Gakuen Otasuke-bu, Samurai Kingdom, Tokyo Conception, and the mobile game Girls X Battle 2. In addition to voice acting, Sakuragi has shown initiative in producing and hosting her own live broadcast show. She has also performed on stage at events such as VOICEinBOX. Her training days overlapped with voice actress Kaede Hondo, whom she counts as a former classmate and friend.
