Takahiro Kameoka is a Japanese voice actor and actor born on June 19, 1977, in New York, USA. His career includes work in anime voice acting as well as appearances in live-action television dramas and films. One of his early credits includes performing in a stage play adaptation of Hunter x Hunter in 2004. In live-action television, he has had guest roles in several Japanese dramas. He appeared in the series Girl's Underground World as the owner of a Chinese restaurant, in The Veteran of February as梅原拓, and had a cameo role in the drama Waru as龜井. He has also appeared in films such as The Birth of Manga and the 2023 film Sorry, I Kept You Waiting, See You Later.

In the field of anime, Kameoka voiced the character Masahiko Ota in the Netflix series Kengan Ashura. He also provided the voice for Hajime Hagimoto in the anime series Haruchika – Haruta & Chika.

Kameoka is best known for his leading role as the protagonist Oji-san in the anime series Neko ni Tensei Shita Ojisan, which premiered in October 2024. The series is an adaptation of a popular web manga about an ordinary older man who reincarnates as an adorable cat and is adopted by the president of the company where he once worked. In this production, he worked alongside a notable cast including Kana Hanazawa as Pun-chan, Tomokazu Seki as the President, and Kenjiro Tsuda as Professor Itoyanagi. This role represents a significant voice collaboration with these established actors.
