Abby Pasion is a Filipina American voice actor, writer, and educator based in Portland, Oregon. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with double minors in Education and Ethnic Studies from Oregon State University, as well as a Master of Education from Portland State University. With over a decade of experience in the performing arts, her voice work spans animation, audiobook narration, and commercial projects for clients including Amazon Prime Video, National Geographic, and Netflix.

Pasion is best known for providing the English voice of Chiharu Tsubameya in the 2024 anime series My Deer Friend Nokotan, which premiered on Crunchyroll. Her other notable voice role is Tabitha Bones in the 2023 indie visual novel This Magical Girl Is a B☆tch!. She is represented by the Harris Talent Agency for work in Oregon and Washington.

Beyond voice acting, Pasion has worked as a writer and producer. From 2019 to 2022, she was employed at One Down Media, a Los Angeles based entertainment company focusing on Filipino stories, where she served as the companys first lead content writer. In 2021, she created, produced, and hosted the podcast KAMPAY! as part of One Down Medias initiative. She also works as a social studies teacher in Portland.
