Rie Okamoto is a Japanese voice actress from Akita Prefecture. Her birthday is on January 9th, some records list her birth year as 1984, while others do not include the year. She stands 156 centimeters tall. She is a graduate of the Katsuta Voice Acting Academy. She has also used several aliases throughout her career, including Ayumi Sarah, Haru Hayate, and others.

Okamoto began her professional voice acting career in the 2010s. She was initially affiliated with the agency Trias, which later became Power Rise. She left Power Rise in June 2019 to work as a freelancer. After a subsequent partnership with the agency Green Note, she founded her own voice actor agency, Halqualia, in December 2021.
