Noel Kawashima is a Japanese entertainer who began his career as a child actor. He is a member of the idol group Travis Japan, under the agency STARTO Entertainment. His voice acting career is recent, with his debut role coming in 2024.

Kawashima was born on November 22, 1994. His entertainment career started at a young age; he performed as the young Simba in the四季劇團 stage production of The Lion King from 2005 to 2007. He joined what is now STARTO Entertainment in 2007 and became a member of Travis Japan in 2012.

His first and most notable voice role is Kai Kasai in the anime series Tasuketsu -Fate of the Majority-. He joined the cast for the shows second cour in 2024, voicing a high school senior who is one of the series antagonists. His involvement in the series was tied to his music group, as Travis Japan performed the opening theme song Fly Higher for the same season.

Aside from his work in voice acting for anime, Kawashima has an extensive background in live-action stage performance, having appeared in numerous舞台剧 productions. He has also expanded into live-action television drama, with his first role being Satoru Mizoguchi in the 2025 series adaptation of the manga Seal My Lips With a Kiss.
