Masaki Aiba is a Japanese entertainer known for his work as a singer, actor, and television personality who has more recently expanded his career into anime voice acting. He is a member of the popular Japanese boy band Arashi.

In 2024, Aiba took on his first significant voice acting roles in two anime projects. He voiced the character of the Tono, or lord, in the television anime series Tono to Inu. This series, which began airing in October 2024, is based on a comedy manga and features multiple voice actors providing the voice for the central human character, with Aiba performing in what is known as the MofuMofu version.

Also in 2024, Aiba made his debut in an anime film, providing the voice for the Many Many Eyes Company CEO in the movie Pui Pui Molcar the Movie: MOLMAX. Released in Japanese theaters in November 2024, this film is a CG animated feature based on the popular stop-motion franchise Pui Pui Molcar. This role marked the first time human characters in the Molcar world were given speaking lines, and it was noted as Aiba’s first time performing a voice role for an animated film. His character is the head of a technology company that creates advanced artificial intelligence-controlled Molcars.

Outside of these specific voice acting credits, Aiba has previously worked in narration for documentaries and other programs. His entry into character voice work for anime series and films in 2024 represents a new and notable direction in his long-standing career in Japanese entertainment.
