Yoshiyasu Otaka is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production and hails from Okayama Prefecture. His hobbies include watching films and playing video games, and he has a special skill in Kyokushin karate.

Otaka has built a career with a range of supporting roles in prominent anime series and video games. One of his most recognized performances is as the voice of Marlinman in the 2024 anime series Kinnikuman: Perfect Origin Arc. Marlinman is a Perfect Chojin, an aquatic warrior styled after a marlin, who battles against the Justice and Devil Chojin.

Beyond this notable role, Otaka has contributed to several major franchises. In the world of long-running series, he has voiced minor characters such as a Marine in One Piece and a forensics officer in Case Closed.
