Any Cemar is a Mexican voice actress, content creator, cosplayer, and streamer. She began her public activity online around 2017 and later pursued formal training in the arts, studying visual arts at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). She also studied dubbing with instructors including José Arenas, Nacho Córdoba, Betzabe Jara, and Alan Fernando, and has studied acting with Gabriela Cartol.

Cemar has been active as a voice actress since approximately 2021. She is best known for providing the Spanish dub voice for Hotaru Hinase, the female protagonist of the romantic anime series A Condition Called Love, which aired in 2024. Other notable voice roles in animation include the character of Capitana Calva in the Love, Death & Robots episode Mal viaje. She also voiced the character of Amanda in the comedy series Life & Beth, and provided additional voices for the series Love, Death & Robots, Soundtrack 1, The Naked Director, and El aprendiz de sumo. In live-action dubbing, she voiced Emilie in the series Mar de fondo. She also performed the voice of Diosa Uroboros in the anime series Gods Games We Play.

Beyond voice acting, Cemar has worked as a second assistant director and production assistant. She also appeared on screen in the second season of the Amazon Prime series Nadie nos va a extrañar.
