José Eduardo Garza Escudero, known professionally as Lalo Garza, is a Mexican voice actor and voice director born on January 10, 1976, in Mexico City. He holds a degree in Advertising and Acting, and began his voice acting career in 1991 at the Audiomaster 3000 studio. In addition to acting, Garza works extensively as a dubbing director and has been active in theater, television, puppetry, and music.

Garza is best known for providing the Latin American Spanish voice for Krillin in the Dragon Ball franchise, beginning with Dragon Ball Z and continuing through Dragon Ball Super and related films. Within anime, his other major roles include Ichigo Kurosaki in Bleach, Gaara in Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, Thorfinn in Vinland Saga, Nishikata in Teasing Master Takagi-san, and Parco Folgore in Zatch Bell. He also voices Baikinman in the Soreike! Anpanman franchise. Outside of anime, his notable credits include Josh Nichols in the Spanish dub of Drake & Josh, Francis in Malcolm in the Middle, Elmo and Big Bird in Plaza Sésamo (the Mexican co-production of Sesame Street), and Xandir in Drawn Together. He has also voiced characters in video games such as Kung Lao, Reptile, and Rain in Mortal Kombat X.

As a voice director, Garza has overseen the Latin American Spanish dubs for numerous series, including several seasons of Pokémon, iCarly, Victorious, Aggretsuko, Chainsaw Man, and Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. He has a long-standing collaboration with the dubbing studio Audiomaster 3000 (later Audiomaster Candiani) and frequently works with voice director Jorge García. In the series Dr. Stone: New World, which began its simuldub in April 2023, Garza voices the character Ukyo Saionji.
