Paloma Segarra is a Mexican voice actress known for her work in Spanish-language dubbing. Her career also extends to professional opera singing, musical theatre, and voice direction. She is recognized for providing the Spanish voice for the character Shizuka Nanahoshi in the anime series Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation II.

Segarra has trained internationally, having completed a Master's degree in Classical and Contemporary Music Interpretation at the Escuela Superior de Música de Cataluña in Barcelona, Spain. Following her studies, she worked with opera and musical theatre companies in Madrid. Her background in vocal performance has informed her work in animation and dubbing.

Beyond her role in Mushoku Tensei, her voice acting credits include projects such as Barbie, Furby, and Baby Shark for various streaming platforms and television channels. She also provided the voice for Maysun in The Story of God with Morgan Freeman on National Geographic Channel and the character Elif in the series Cuestión de Honor. In addition to performing, she has worked as a dubbing director, directing singers such as Nadia from La Academia.

Segarra is also the founder of Opera Mini, a company dedicated to creating opera performances for children in Morelos, Mexico, for which she has received awards and recognition.
