Miki Horiba is a Japanese voice actress born on February 12 in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Remax. Her career in voice acting began after she developed an early interest in the profession, leading her to enroll in a vocational school for training. She was initially a member of the agency WITH LINE from May 2014 until February 2017. She then joined the agency Object in January 2018, before departing in August 2021 and joining her current agency, Remax, in October 2021.

Horiba made her anime debut in 2015 with a minor role as a prostitute in the series GANGSTA. In the years that followed, she took on a variety of supporting and guest roles across numerous television anime. These appearances include parts in series such as Kandagawa Jet Girls, BanG Dream! 3rd Season, Super Cub, and SAKUGAN. Her first major main role in an anime came in 2024 when she was cast as Shio Kamakura in the television series Hamidashi Creative, a role she originated from the visual novel game of the same name.

Beyond her work in television animation, Horiba has an extensive portfolio in video games. She has provided her voice for characters in games including Caligula Overdose, Phantom of Kill, Crusader Quest, and Monster Strike, among others. Her talents also extend to dubbing for international productions, where she has contributed to the Japanese-language versions of animated series such as LEGO Friends and LEGO Dreamzzz.

In addition to her voice roles, Horiba has been engaged in multimedia projects, most notably as the voice of the character Hirayu Mitsuba in the franchise Onsen Musume (Hot Spring Girls). She has also pursued various certifications and skills related to her interests, including becoming a certified Hot Spring Sommelier and demonstrating proficiency in playing the clarinet and the koto, a traditional Japanese string instrument.
