Kaede Yuasa

Description
Kaede Yuasa is a Japanese voice actress born on January 16 in Tokushima Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Mausu Promotion.

Yuasa's path to becoming a voice actor was unique. She studied at a school focused on visual arts and initially worked at an animation production company in the photography or compositing department. This technical background included work on special effects, such as the transformation scenes for the series Kaiju Girls, in which she also voiced a character. This behind-the-scenes experience inspired her to pursue a career in voice acting. She made her debut as a voice actor in 2014.

She began her career affiliated with Across Entertainment. After a brief period as a freelancer, she joined Mausu Promotion on April 1, 2019.

Yuasa has built a diverse portfolio of roles across anime, video games, and tokusatsu series. Some of her notable anime roles include Chihiro Honda in Extreme Hearts, Kanchal in Interspecies Reviewers, Mio Sudō in Adults Dunno How to Love! (Otona nya Koi no Shikata ga Wakaranee!), Bakura in Tsugumomo and Tsugumomo2, Ayumu Arakaki in Release the Spyce, and Sachiko Dori, the human form of the monster Zandrias, in Kaiju Girls. She has also appeared in major series such as One-Punch Man, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, and My Happy Marriage.

Her work extends to the Ultraman franchise, where she provided the voice for the character D.R.L.N. in Ultraman R/B and its film sequel, and voiced Baby Zandrias in Ultraman Trigger: New Generation Tiga. In the video game realm, she is known for voicing Reimu Hakurei in Toho Danmakukagura and Belle in Pokémon Masters EX. Yuasa has also performed character songs for series she has been involved with, such as Extreme Hearts and Kaiju Girls.

While information on recurring directorial collaborations is limited, her consistent work within the Ultraman and Kaiju Girls franchises suggests strong ties to productions involving kaiju and tokusatsu themes.
