Stacy Ines is an American voice actress and stand-up comedian based in Los Angeles, California. She is a first-generation Latina who began performing stand-up comedy after experiencing partial hearing loss and developing severe tinnitus, using comedy as a way to cope with the anxiety caused by her condition.

In the field of voice acting, Ines has trained at Voice Masters in Burbank, a studio known for its character performance coaching. Her mentors in voice over have included Paulette Lifton, Mimi Maynard, and Ashley Bornancin.

Ines is known for her role as Mei Tsuchiba in the English dub of the anime series Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc., which premiered in October 2024 and is distributed worldwide by Prime Video. The English adaptation of the series was directed by Mimi Maynard and Paulette Victor-Lifton at Blue Digital Group Studios. This production represents a recurring professional collaboration for Ines, as both directors were also her instructors at Voice Masters.

In addition to her voice work, Ines continues to perform as a stand-up comedian, an art form she has pursued to challenge preconceptions about women in comedy and to advocate for greater diversity in the industry.
