Tomoyasu Hishiba is a Japanese voice actor born on March 16, 1984, in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. He began his career in the entertainment industry in 2007. He started his professional activities affiliated with the talent agency Haikyo before moving to Across Entertainment in 2008, where he continues to be based.

Hishiba is primarily known for his work in anime and video games. One of his most prominent and enduring roles is as Jin Sagami in the popular multimedia franchise Ensemble Stars!. In this series, he voices the character of Jin Sagami, a former super idol who now works as a member of the Ensemble Square operations department and as a health teacher at Yumenosaki Academy. His involvement with the franchise extends beyond voice acting for the games and anime. He has participated in live concert events for the series, performing as his character. Notably, he appeared in the Starry Stage 1st concert in 2018 and the Cast Live Starry Symphony - Superbloom - event in November 2025. For the Ensemble Stars! franchise, Hishiba has also performed character songs, including Sentimental Liars, a duet with fellow cast member Wataru Komada, who voices Akiomi Kunugi, and a solo song titled Binetsu Carnaval. This pairing for musical performances indicates a recurring collaboration within the franchise.
