Sam Khouth is the professional name of Samuel Vincent Khouth, a Canadian voice actor born on October 5, 1971 in North Vancouver, British Columbia. He is also widely known by the credits Sam Vincent and Samuel Vincent. Based in Vancouver, he works extensively with the Ocean Group, a major production company for English-language anime dubs and animated series. Khouth began his professional acting career as a teenager before moving into voice work in 1990.

In the field of anime, Khouth has an extensive and notable filmography. He is well known for leading roles in several major franchises, including the character Athrun Zala in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED and Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny. He also voiced Hikaru Shindo in the series Hikaru no Go, Tieria Erde in Mobile Suit Gundam 00, and Julian Star, the English name for Yukito Tsukishiro, in the Nelvana dub of Cardcaptors. Other prominent anime credits include Sidoh and Stephen Gevanni in Death Note, Ren Honjo in Nana, Lotton the Wizard in Black Lagoon, and roles in InuYasha and Ranma ½.
