Setsuko Karasuma, also known as Setsuko Karasumaru, is a Japanese actress and voice actress born on February 3, 1955, in Shiga Prefecture, Japan. Her career began in 1980 when she debuted as a Clarion Girl and quickly transitioned into gravure idol work before making her film debut as the lead in the movie adaptation of Four Seasons Natsuko. Over the course of her career, she has balanced work in both live-action cinema and voice acting.

Karasuma's most prominent anime voice role is Momoko in the 1987 animated film Twilight of the Cockroaches.
