Tomomi Misaki is a Japanese voice actress known professionally under that name, as well as the name Hoshino Chizuko. She is affiliated with the talent agency Production Baobab and was born on June 21 in Tokyo, Japan.

One of her notable voice roles is Kumi in the series Shinjin Tour Conductor Rina, also known under the English title Dark Tours. Her other major voice roles include Suzune Tennouji in Virtuacall 2, Otoha Kohinata in Happiness! as well as its OVA sequel Happiness! Watarase Jun no Karei Naru Ichinichi - Oshimai, and Shizuko Amaike in Fortune Arterial: Akai Yakusoku.
