Salli Saffioti is an American voice actress known for her extensive work in video games, animation, and anime dubbing. Born Salli Celeste Saffioti on June 11, 1976 in Oceanside, New York, she has been active in the entertainment industry since the mid-1990s. She is also known professionally by the stage name Celeste Henderson, which she uses for non-union productions.

Saffioti is perhaps best recognized for her long-running role as Ingrid Hunnigan, a U.S. government agent who provides field support to Leon S. Kennedy.
