Adam Grunwald is a German voice actor known for his work in film and television dubbing. His portfolio includes several significant roles, most notably providing the German voice for the character Giovanni in the 1985 anime film Night on the Galactic Railroad. In this production, he voiced the character originally performed by Japanese voice actress Mayumi Tanaka. The German dubbing for Night on the Galactic Railroad was completed in 2017.

Beyond his work in anime, Grunwald's voice acting career includes a range of other projects. He voiced the character Sam Knight in the 2003 film Agatha Christie: Blausäure, for which the German dubbing was produced in 2020. He also voiced Albert as an eight-year-old in the 2019 film Dunkel, fast Nacht. In television, Grunwald performed voice roles for two series.
