Kazuyo Harada is also known by the name Reiko Oimori and was born on January 23, 1972, in Sendai, Miyagi, Japan. One of the notable roles associated with Harada is the character Otoko Dan in the 1992 original video animation Delinquent in Drag. In addition to providing the voice for Otoko Dan, Harada also performed the theme song for this OVA, titled Delinquent in Drag - Tackling the Courageous.
