Rich Buckloid is a pseudonym for the American voice actor, voice director, script writer, and producer Robert Buchholz, who is professionally known as Bob Buchholz. In addition to Rich Buckloid, he has also used the aliases Robert Wicks and Robert Wickes. His career in the anime industry has spanned from the early 1980s to the present day.

As a voice actor, Rich Buckloid has built an extensive filmography, participating in numerous English-language dubs of notable anime series and films. One of his significant early roles was as the lead character Gene Starwind in the space western series Outlaw Star. He is also well-known for his work in the Ghost in the Shell franchise, providing the voice of the character Paz (also spelled Pazu) in Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, its sequel 2nd GIG, the film Solid State Society, and the later Netflix series Ghost in the Shell: SAC 2045. His other prominent anime voice credits include Hubb Lebowski in Wolf's Rain, Beck Gold in The Big O, Tom Wiles in Cowboy Bebop, the titular character Zenki in Zenki, Oguma in the Netflix dub of Beastars, and Sora Hitoshi in Kashimashi: Girl Meets Girl. His filmography also includes a role as Ryu in the Animaze dub of the landmark film Akira.

Beyond acting, his career background includes significant work behind the scenes as a voice director, script writer, story editor, and producer.
