Giset Blanco is a Venezuelan voice actor, actress, and director with over three decades of experience in the entertainment industry, primarily known for her work in Spanish dubbing for animation and live-action series. She began her career in her native Venezuela in 1990 before relocating to Mexico City, where she lived and worked from 2000 to 2013. She is currently based in Miami, Florida, and collaborates with studios such as The Kitchen Inc. and VOA Voice Studios.

Blanco is internationally recognized for her versatility in voice acting, which includes portraying a wide range of characters from young boys to adult women. One of her most iconic and long-running roles is Wakko Warner in the Spanish dubbing of the animated series Animaniacs. She originally voiced the character in the 1993 series and reprised the role for its 2020 revival on HBO Max, a notable example of continuity in dubbing. Other prominent animation roles include Elvira Duff in Tiny Toons and Sharon Marsh in the later seasons of South Park.

In the realm of anime, Blanco has contributed her voice to several series.
