Akane Misaka is a Japanese voice actress born on August 4, 1996, in Tokyo, Japan. She is known for her versatile vocal performances across anime series and video games.

Misaka began her voice acting career after training at the Pro-Fit Voice Actor School. Following her education, she became affiliated with the agency Pro-Fit. Her first professional role was in the video game Kanpani Girls in 2018, where she voiced the character Naruruka Niruka. In March 2022, after Pro-Fit closed its voice actor management business, Misaka worked as a freelancer before becoming an associate member of the agency Crocodile.

Misaka's career gained significant recognition in 2019 when she was cast as the new voice actress for the character Fennec in the Kemono Friends franchise. She replaced Kana Motomiya, who graduated from the role in July of that year. As part of this role, Misaka also joined the musical unit Doubutsu Biscuits, contributing to theme songs for the franchise.

Beyond Kemono Friends, her anime voice credits include Foll, also known as Valefor or Wolfore, in the series An Archdemon's Dilemma - How to Love Your Elf Bride.
