Eva Burgos is an Argentine voice actor who studied dubbing in Cuernavaca, Morelos, and later resided in Mexico City. She is now retired from the voice acting industry.

Burgos is known for her work in anime dubbing, most notably providing the voice for the character Ritsuko Takahashi in the Spanish-language dub of the series Jigoku Sensei Nube, known in Spanish as Nube, el maestro del infierno. Ritsuko Takahashi is depicted as a beautiful teacher at Dohmori Elementary School who is afraid of supernatural phenomena and eventually develops romantic feelings for the protagonist, the exorcist teacher Meisuke Nueno, also called Nube.

In addition to her work on Jigoku Sensei Nube, Burgos voiced the character of Professor Nami Asanuma in the anime series Digimon 03, where she provided the first voice for the role. Her voice acting credits also extend to Western animation and film dubbing. She voiced the character Connie D'Amico during the third season of the animated series Family Guy. Her film roles include dubbing the character Torrance Shipman, originally played by Kirsten Dunst, in a redub of the film Bring It On, known in Spanish as Triunfos robados, as well as providing a voice for Ludmilla in a redub of the animated film Bartok the Magnificent.
