Manoëlle Gaillard is a French actress who has performed voice work for animated series and films, particularly in French-language dubbing of Japanese anime and American animation. She is known for her role as Sura in the 1989 anime series The Jungle Book: The Adventures of Mowgli, also known as Janguru Bukku Shōnen Mōguri. In this series, which is based on Rudyard Kipling's classic novel, she provided the second French voice for the character Sura as well as the second French voice for Mère-louve, the mother wolf who raises the protagonist Mowgli.

Beyond her work on The Jungle Book, Gaillard has contributed to other notable animated productions. She provided the French voice for the character Haraway in the 2004 Japanese anime film Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence, directed by Mamoru Oshii. Her animation voice credits also include the role of Charlotte Cornichon in the French dub of the 2000 American animated film Rugrats in Paris: The Movie. Her career as an actress extends beyond voice acting to include numerous roles in French television series and theater.
