Megumi Terase is the former stage name of Kyoko Terase, a Japanese voice actress born on July 5, 1958, in Tokyo. A veteran performer, she is currently affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production. In her earlier career, she was credited under the name Megumi Terase before transitioning to her current professional name, Kyoko Terase.
As a voice actor, she is best known for her significant work in major video game franchises. She famously provided the voice for Meryl Silverburgh in the English versions of the tactical espionage action games Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, and Metal Gear Solid: Digital Graphic Novel.
