Kōsuke Kuwano is a Japanese voice actor and stage actor born on October 16, 1990, in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency mitt management. He graduated from the Nihon University College of Art, where he completed the Film Department's Acting Course in 2013.

Kuwano's performance career began in musical theatre, where he gained early prominence. He was a cast member in the long-running stage musical series Musical: The Prince of Tennis, portraying the character Ryo Shishido from Hyotei Academy in the series' second season. He reprised this role in related productions, including the concert Musical The Prince of Tennis Concert: Dream Live 2013.

He transitioned into anime voice acting in 2016. One of his earliest roles that year was as Sōichirō Suzuki in the television series Cheer Boys!!, for which he also performed as part of the group BREAKERS on the series' ending theme song.

Kuwano's most significant and enduring role is as Yuga Aoyama, the hero known as "Can't Stop Twinkling," in the anime adaptation of My Hero Academia. Cast in 2016, he has provided the voice for the character continuously across multiple seasons of the television series, including its final season. He has also voiced another character in the series, Hiryu Rin, in several seasons. His work on the franchise extends to its films, reprising the role of Yuga Aoyama in My Hero Academia the Movie: Heroes Rising (2019), as well as in original video animations and video games such as My Hero One's Justice 2.

Beyond his prominent role in My Hero Academia, Kuwano has contributed voices to a variety of other anime series. These credits include supporting and minor roles in Kono Oto Tomare!: Sounds of Life (2019), The Young Innkeeper Is a Grade Schooler! (2018), and the Pokémon franchise, where he voiced the character Mullein in Pokémon Sun & Moon (2018) and Mikuri in the video game Pokémon Masters (2019). He has continued to take on guest roles in recent productions, such as in Doctor Elise: The Royal Lady with the Lamp (2024) and This Monster Wants to Eat Me (2025).

In addition to his voice work, Kuwano has made occasional appearances in live-action Japanese television dramas, with credits including Koi shite Akuma Vampire Boy (2009), Danshiing!! (2013), and Uso no Sensō (2017).

In a personal announcement made on May 23, 2025, Kuwano disclosed that he had married a woman not involved in the entertainment industry.
