Teruhisa Tsuyusaki is the birth name of a Japanese voice actor known professionally as Hiro Yūki (also previously credited as Hiro Yuki). Born on February 13, 1965, in Tokyo, Japan, he began his voice acting career in 1988. He was initially affiliated with the talent agency Ken Productions before becoming a freelance voice actor in June 2007, at which time he also changed the kanji spelling of his stage name to 優希比呂 while retaining the same pronunciation.

Tsuyusaki is known for a tenor vocal range that has allowed him to portray a wide array of characters, most notably young men and boys. He is a member of the voice actor quartet Weiss, which he formed with his castmates Tomokazu Seki, Takehito Koyasu, and Shinichiro Miki from the series Weiß Kreuz. His voice work includes the role of Robert Larkin in the early 1990s anime Jeanie with the Light Brown Hair (also known as Kaze no Naka no Shoujo Kinpatsu no Jeanie).

Throughout his career, Tsuyusaki has accumulated a substantial number of major and supporting roles in anime, original video animations (OVAs), and video games. He is widely recognized for his portrayal of Makoto Hyuga in Neon Genesis Evangelion. Other prominent anime roles include Omi Tsukiyono in Weiß Kreuz, Clotho Buer in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED and its sequel Destiny, Dende in Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT, and Taikoubou in Senkai-den Houshin Engi. He also voiced Michael Lee in Witch Hunter Robin, Akihiro Fujii in Aka-chan to Boku (Baby and Me), Henri Claytor in the Future GPX Cyber Formula series, Adeu Waltham in Haou Taikei Ryuu Knight, Yoku Kazamatsuri in Brave Command Dagwon, and Alfred in Slayers NEXT. In the Star Ocean franchise, he provided the voice for Ratix Ferrence in the original Super Famicom game and Claude C. Kenni in the anime adaptation Star Ocean EX.

His work in video games is extensive, including the roles of Arc in Arc the Lad and its sequel, the Green Guardian Marcel in the Angelique series, and a young Dende in various Dragon Ball Z games. He has also worked on Japanese dubbing for foreign media, notably providing the voice of Stan Marsh in the Japanese dub of South Park.
