Konomi Tamura is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the agency Mausu Promotion. She was born on February 5 in Shizuoka Prefecture. In 2018, she enrolled in the Mausu Promotion training school to pursue a career in voice acting, and after two years of training, she officially became a member of the agency in 2020.

Her early anime roles included appearances in series such as Lapis Re:LiGHTs and a guest role in the long-running series Crayon Shin-chan. She continued to build her resume with supporting roles in shows like World's End Harem and Vermeil in Gold, where she voiced the character Emma. Tamura's first major leading role came in 2023 when she was cast as Isaki Magari, the heroine of the anime adaptation of Insomniacs After School. Her performance as the cheerful yet secretly struggling insomniac brought her significant recognition from fans and critics alike.
