Mizuki Yuina is a Japanese voice actress and singer born on December 19, 1995, in Tokyo. She is affiliated with the talent agency VIMS. Her path to becoming a voice actor was inspired by anime such as Ouran High School Host Club and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya during her middle school years. She decided to pursue this career in her second year of high school and promptly enrolled in a training school, the Japan Narration Acting Institute. Mizuki made her debut as a voice actor in 2013 while still a high school student, landing her first main role as Karin Tōno in the television anime series Chronicles of the Going Home Club. Following her training, she formally joined VIMS in 2015.

In the years following her debut, Mizuki built her career by voicing a variety of supporting characters in numerous anime series. Her filmography from this period includes minor roles in productions such as Love Live! Sunshine!!, Shōnen Maid, Blend S, Ensemble Stars!, Kaguya-sama: Love Is War, Domestic Girlfriend, and Smile Down the Runway. She also voiced the character Shizuku Utsumi in the 2022 series Extreme Hearts.

A significant turning point in her career came in 2018 when she was cast as Kiriko Yukoku in the mobile game The IDOLM@STER Shiny Colors, a spin-off of the popular IDOLM@STER franchise. Kiriko is a member of the gothic-themed unit L'Antica within the game. This role became a major and defining part of her professional life. She has performed extensively as part of the franchise, contributing to numerous character and group songs. Several of L'Antica's singles have charted in the Top 10 on the Oricon Singles Chart. Mizuki reprised her role as Kiriko for the anime adaptation of The IDOLM@STER Shiny Colors, which aired its second season in 2024.

Beyond her voice work for anime and games, Mizuki is also active in music and broadcasting. In 2023, she became a member of Flowords, a four-person voice actor unit formed by Marine Entertainment. She has hosted her own gaming-focused web show titled Mizuki Yuina no "Ano Game ga Tokui desu yo!" since 2020. Additionally, she co-hosts a program with fellow Shiny Colors voice actress Hitomi Sekine. Mizuki holds a qualification as a nursery teacher and has passed the Kanji Kentei Level 2.
