Hikaru Ikeda is a former Japanese female voice actor from Fukuoka Prefecture, born on June 20th. Her blood type is A. She was active in the voice acting industry from approximately 2000 to 2006. Early in her career, she was affiliated with the talent agency Kecke Corporation before later becoming a freelancer. In adult-oriented works, she used the alias Yuu Mikage (御影由宇) and also the name mona.

Ikeda's career included a mix of minor roles in mainstream television anime and prominent character roles in original video animation (OVA) series, particularly in adult genres. Her mainstream television anime appearances included roles in series such as Hunter x Hunter (1999) as a Girlfriend, Beyblade: V-Force as Dr. K and Salima, and Ah! My Goddess as a TV narrator. She also voiced Hong Lingbo in the Japanese adaptation of the Chinese series Legend of the Condor Hero.

Ikeda is most widely recognized for two specific and culturally significant OVA roles. She was the voice of Ren Nanase in the long-running and popular Night Shift Nurses erotic game and OVA franchise, appearing in multiple installments including Night Shift Nurses, Night Shift Nurses: Kranke, Yakin Byōtō Ni, and Night Shift Nurse: Ren Nanase. This role is considered one of her most significant legacies. Concurrently, she provided the voice for the title character Pico in the shotacon OVA series, which includes My Pico, Pico ~Boku no Chiisana Natsu Monogatari~, Pico & Chico, and Pico×CoCo×Chico. This role also left a notable mark on anime fandom.

Other significant roles include Shun Kishida in the Kakyūsei 2 television series and OVA anthology, Natsumi Kanno in the film STAR Jewel, and Emiko in the OVA Taboo Charming Mother.

In 2004, during the production of Kakyūsei 2, Ikeda formed a short-lived vocal unit called Katyusha 2nd with fellow voice actors Shiho Kawaragi and Yuka Inokuchi. She was also a capable singer and performed several theme songs for the projects she was involved in. Notably, she sang the ending theme Katakoi for Night Shift Nurse: Ren Nanase and the ending theme for the Night Shift Nurses OVA. She also performed the opening and ending themes for the Kakyūsei 2: Anthology OVA as part of Katyusha 2nd.
