Urara Miura is the former stage name of Naoko Miura, a Japanese voice actress born in Tokyo on February 3rd. She began her career in the 1990s and was active under the name Urara Miura during that decade.

Her anime voice acting roles from this period include the character Oz in the 1997 television series Shinkai Densetsu Meremanoid. She is also known for her work in original video animation (OVA) series from the late 1990s, such as AIKa, Shin Otoko Uryuu, and Shishunki Bishoujo Gattai Robo Z-Main.

Beyond her work in anime, Miura is widely recognized for her extensive contributions as a narrator for automatic train announcements. Her voice can be heard on numerous railway systems, including JR East lines like the Yamanote Line and Joban Line, as well as the Sapporo Municipal Subway and the Yokohama Municipal Subway Green Line.
