Twin children are born onto a mysterious planet that resembles a mother's womb. Guided by enigmatic creatures, the two embark on a journey through this beautiful yet strange world with one goal to meet the mother they have never known. As they travel, the path forward becomes unsteady, burdened by the weight of their mother's unseen grief. The short film is a fantastical interpretation of the gestation period, following the twins as they navigate a surreal, womb-like landscape to reach the grieving parent waiting for them. The story unfolds in the anthology film GEMNIBUS vol.2, presented by TOHO's GEMSTONE creative label, and is written and directed by Asuka Dokai. It features a soundtrack by Marihiko Hara and the theme song Lullaby performed by Miu Sakamoto. The film had a limited one-week theatrical run starting March 6, 2026, at TOHO CINEMAS Hibiya in Tokyo.
