11Reunion at Minsry

The Diva docks at the space colony Minsry to prepare for the assault on the UE base. Flit,Grodek, Woolf, and the Euba leader travel to the Birmings mansion for a strategy meeting. On the way, Flit hears a familiar sound and runs ahead. He finds Yurin, the girl he met at Nora, now living at the mansion. Alzack Birmings, a wealthy ally of Don Boyage, agrees to support Grodek's attack plan. Alzack reveals himself as Yurin's adoptive father. Flit spends time with Yurin as the crew prepares for the upcoming mission. Flit promises Yurin he will return after the battle ends. On their return to the Diva, Federation soldiers in a boat and two Genoace mobile suits block the path. The soldiers arrest Grodek for treason. Flit launches in the Gundam and disables the two Genoace mobile suits without destroying them. The Diva crew rescues Grodek from Federation custody. Grodek states that the Federation knows the true identity of the UE but is actively covering it up. The AGE system begins upgrading the Diva for the coming assault on the UE fortress. Grodek remains a wanted fugitive, and the Diva now faces opposition from both the UE and the Federation.

13Space Fortress Ambat

The Diva receives a new beam weapon created by the AGE System as the fleet prepares for its assault on the UE space fortress Ambat. Grodek commands the fleet from the bridge,and the mobile suit forces launch toward the fortress. The fleet approaches Ambat and opens fire, but the UE does not respond immediately. A massive UE battleship, the Fa Bose, emerges from behind a forcefield, and the Diva transforms into its assault landing mode to engage. Flit pilots the Gundam into enemy formation, drawing multiple UE mobile suits toward himself and destroying them in sequence. The Diva moves within firing range and unleashes its Photon Blaster Cannon, heavily damaging the Fa Bose. A section of the damaged enemy ship detaches and hurtles toward the Diva. Ract attempts to stop the debris with a suicide attack, but Flit intervenes and prevents the sacrifice. Mukured Madorna arrives in his custom red mobile suit and destroys the incoming section with his hyper mega cannon. Emily accepts Flit's decision to continue fighting aboard the Gundam, offering her full support. Desil suits up and prepares to launch in his Zedas mobile suit, with Yurin appearing behind him in UE custody. The battle for Ambat ends with the UE fleet damaged but not destroyed, and Desil moves to engage the Federation forces directly as Yurin remains trapped behind enemy lines.

Desil deploys his secret weapon: a pink mobile suit piloted by Yurin L’Ciel,Flit’s friend from the colony. Yurin cannot control the suit and functions as a tool for Desil to amplify his X-Rounder abilities. During the duel, Desil moves to deliver a killing blow to Flit. Yurin breaks free of her control long enough to intercept the attack. Desil’s weapon impales her mobile suit, causing it to explode. Yurin dies in the explosion. Enraged by her death, Flit attacks Desil’s suit with overwhelming ferocity and disables it. Flit leaves Desil drifting in space without delivering a final blow. He then refits the Gundam into the Titus armor and charges the enemy fortress alone. Flit tears open a hangar door, allowing the Diva to dock inside the fortress. The Diva’s crew arms themselves for close-quarters combat against the UE inside the base. Flit returns to the Diva, reconfigures the Gundam to its Normal form, and joins the boarding party while refusing to respond to communications. Yark Dole then discloses the UE's true identity. He explains that the UE, who call themselves Veigans, are survivors of the Earth Federation's failed Mars colony project. The Federation abandoned the colonists after a Martian disease killed many participants. The survivors formed their own nation and now seek to return to Earth. Flit hesitates with his gun drawn on Dole. Grodek shoots and kills Yark Dole before Flit can act. Before dying, Dole activates Ambat's self-destruct sequence. The Diva crew escapes the fortress before the explosion destroys it. In the aftermath, the Federation arrests Grodek for his actions. 17Friendship - Love - and Mobile Suits

Zeheart joins the mobile suit club alongside Asemu and his friends to gain access. The four students prepare for an upcoming mobile suit tournament. Asemu invites the team to his house to research mobile suit data. Zeheart uses the opportunity to search the property and locates the Gundam in the stable. During the tournament,Asemu wins several matches in his club's mobile suit. Zeheart disappears from the tournament venue. A Veigan mobile suit activates at the Asuno residence. Vargas contacts Asemu, who rushes home and launches in the Gundam. Zeheart moves to support his superior officer in battle. Vargas deploys a smog field, which Asemu uses as cover to destroy one enemy mobile suit. Zeheart pins down the Gundam in combat. Zeheart escapes to his mobile suit, a Zedas R, and launches into the colony. Vargas contacts Asemu and dispatches the Gundam via trailer to the battle zone. Asemu pilots the Gundam to confront the intruder, unaware of the pilot's identity. Zeheart overpowers Asemu in combat and pins down the Gundam. From his cockpit, Zeheart directly reveals to Asemu that he has been his enemy all along. Romary witnesses this revelation from the ground. Asemu sorties in the Gundam AGE-2 to defend the ship but struggles to treat Zeheart as an enemy due to their past friendship. Zeheart exploits this hesitation and uses his superior X-Rounder abilities to gain the upper hand in combat. 21Episode 21

The Diva arrives at Big Ring,the Earth Federation Forces command center in Earth orbit. Flit Asuno, now the base commander, informs the crew of an impending Veigan attack on the station. Asemu struggles with his recent defeat by Zeheart and his friend's betrayal. He enrolls in the military's next-generation pilot training program to assess his abilities. The evaluation gives Asemu a D grade in X-Rounder aptitude, confirming his lack of special spatial awareness. Asemu becomes depressed over the gap between himself and both his father and his former friend Zeheart, both natural X-Rounders. Woolf Enneacle finds Asemu in this state and takes him to Madorna's Workshop to lift his spirits. At the workshop, Asemu meets Rody Madorna, the owner's son, who created a combat simulation machine. Asemu enters the simulator and faces programmed versions of his father's Gundam AGE-1 and Zeheart's Zeydra. He holds out for only a few minutes before the simulations destroy his virtual mobile suit. He discovers a hidden hangar containing Vagan mobile suits. Flit orders an immediate mobile suit launch to secure evidence and neutralize the threat. Asemu objects to the operation,fearing civilian casualties within the colony. Flit overrules his son and proceeds with the attack. The battle erupts inside the colony, damaging civilian structures. Asemu eventually sorties in the AGE-2 Gundam and engages the enemy forces. He destroys the Vagan mobile suits, and the secret base self-destructs. 24X-Rounder

Grodek Aiona meets Flit Asuno in a bar after his release from prison. Grodek warns Flit that a traitor within the Federation military leaks information to the Vagans. Asemu Asuno leaves the Diva's brig and walks through Solon City's entertainment district. Zeheart Galette confronts Asemu in the city and asks him to abandon the war. Asemu refuses because he needs to prove himself and gain recognition from others. Zeheart draws a gun on Asemu,but Romary Stone arrives and interrupts the confrontation. Asemu disarms Zeheart and points the weapon back at him, but Romary steps between them to protect Zeheart. Zeheart escapes and launches in his mobile suit, the Zeydra. Asemu sorties in the Gundam AGE-2 and attacks Zeheart in space. Flit arrives in the Gundam AGE-1 and engages Zeheart directly while Asemu receives orders to support other units. 25The Terrifying Mu-szell

Flit and Dique examine a destroyed Veigan mobile suit and discover the Mu-szell system,a device inside the cockpit that enhances a pilot's abilities to match an X-Rounder. The system also places significant strain on the user's brain. Asemu overhears their conversation and immediately requests to use the device, but Flit refuses. The Veigan Magicians Eight unit, reduced in number, grows frustrated with following Zeheart's orders. Desil overhears their complaints and insists on joining their next attack. The Veigan forces close in on the Diva. Asemu attempts to take the Mu-szell helmet from the lab, but Dique stops him. After Dique leaves, Asemu takes the helmet and equips it on his Gundam. During the battle, Asemu activates the Mu-szell system and shoots down another member of the Magicians Eight. Woolf, despite not being an X-Rounder, defeats another Magician pilot. Desil engages the Diva directly, but Flit repels him using only the ship's point-defense cannons, forcing Desil to retreat. Asemu returns to the Diva, visibly affected by the Mu-szell system's side effects. Woolf fights alongside Asemu against Desil. Desil activates his X-rounder ability to take control of nearby mobile suits, turning them against the Federation forces. Woolf pushes Asemu out of danger and takes a fatal beam saber strike from Desil. Before his mobile suit explodes, Woolf tells Asemu to become a super pilot. Enraged by Woolf's death, Asemu attacks Desil relentlessly and destroys his mobile suit. Flit launches in the AGE-1 Gundam as the battle for Earth's orbit intensifies.

27I Saw a Red Sunset

The Federation fleet closes in on the Veigan fortress ship Downes. Flit sorties in the Gundam AGE-1 and lands a direct hit on the fortress,but the vessel's energy shield remains active. The Diva deploys the Photon Ring Ray cannon, which successfully neutralizes the fortress's defensive barrier. The Downes then changes course and heads directly for Earth's atmosphere, dragging the Diva along with its trajectory. Remi Ruth, an engineer on the Diva, exits the ship to repair the cannon's damaged firing mechanism. During the repair, a Veigan mobile suit attacks her position, and she dies from the strike. Obright, who had proposed marriage to Remi earlier, witnesses her death from the bridge. The Diva fires its repaired cannon again, freeing itself from the fortress's gravitational pull. The Downes remains on a collision course with Earth. Asemu Asuno pilots the Gundam AGE-2 into the fortress's interior to destroy its reactor core from within. Military forces loyal to Flit arrest Orphenoa and other officials suspected of collusion. The arrests purge the Earth Federation's leadership of internal enemies. The Vagan dispatch Commander Medel Zant to eliminate their compromised spy. Medel launches an attack on the ceremony site with a mobile suit. Asemu Asuno intercepts the assault in his newly repainted white Gundam AGE-2. The white color scheme honors his fallen mentor, Woolf Enneacle. Asemu destroys the Vagan mobile suit, ending the immediate threat. Romary Stone leaves the military and returns to Tordia. Asemu confesses that he fights to protect her and no other reason. He and Romary marry in a ceremony attended by their comrades. The Earth Federation restructures its command under Flit's temporary leadership. Flit declares the complete extermination of the Vagans as his sole objective. 29Grandpa's Gundam

Asemu Asuno departs on his final mission shortly after his son Kio's birth and is subsequently listed as missing in action. Thirteen years later,Kio grows into a 13-year-old boy living peacefully in the town of Olivernotes under the care of his grandfather, Flit Asuno. The Vagan launch a large-scale assault on Earth, beginning with the destruction of the Federation's headquarters using a mobile fortress. The attack reaches Olivernotes, throwing the town into chaos as Vagan mobile suits descend. Vagan leader Fezarl Ezelcant issues a full-scale invasion declaration, broadcast across the planet as the Federation falls into disarray. Flit, now 63 years old, leads Kio to a hidden hangar containing a new Gundam, the AGE-3. The AGE-3 features a core block system and combines with separate armor parts to form a complete mobile suit. Kio boards the Gundam for the first time and expresses shock at its secret storage location within their town. He launches to defend Olivernotes, facing the Vagan forces directly. The episode ends with Kio piloting the AGE-3 into battle, setting the stage for his confrontation with the Vagan pilot Zeheart.

Zeheart Galette leads a Vagan underwater infiltration team into the base. A Vagan mobile suit attacks Shanalua's escape pod. Shanalua pilots a mobile suit to shield Kio from the attacking Vagan forces. She rams her damaged suit into an enemy unit, causing an explosion that kills them both. Kio witnesses Shanalua's sacrifice. As the battle subsides, a Vagan soldier plants a powerful bomb inside the Rostrohlan base before retreating.

Vegan forces attack the new Federation headquarters Rosthran,turning the base into a battlefield. Zeheart plans to destroy the facility with multiple plasma particle bombs planted inside disabled mobile suit wrecks. Kio Asuno confronts Zeheart directly and expresses rage over Shanalua's death. The Federation discovers the bomb plot after noticing the unusually early Vegan withdrawal. Captain Einus and her crew coordinate the bomb disposal effort while Flit Asuno deduces the enemy's strategy. Engineers and pilots remove several bombs, but one remains hidden as the detonation timer approaches zero. Kio activates his X-Rounder abilities to locate the final bomb concealed behind a barrier. He carries the explosive outside the base and throws it away with seconds remaining on the timer. The explosion destroys the bomb but leaves the Gundam AGE-3 largely intact. The battleship Diva launches back into space to head for the Federation's lunar base, Luna Base, as part of a planned counteroffensive. Flit comforts Kio after the battle and explains the harsh realities of war, revealing a more tempered perspective compared to his earlier quest for revenge against Vegans. 34The Space Pirates Bisdian

The Diva changes course for the Luna Base. In the Salgasso asteroid field,the space pirate group Bisidian ambushes the ship. The Vagan also arrive and attack both the Diva and the Bisidian forces. Kio attempts to talk Girard down during the battle, but she refuses to listen. Flit takes a shot and destroys Girard's mobile suit while Kio tries to reason with her. Zeheart communicates with the dying Girard through a psychic link, telling her she fought for justice until the end. The Vagan soldiers inside Luna Base agree to surrender under terms that release their enlisted men but take officers as prisoners. Zeheart and his companion retreat aboard a fleeing Vagan ship. Despite recognizing the madness in Ezelcant's vision, Zeheart accepts the inheritance of Project Eden and takes command of all Vagan forces. Ezelcant, suffering from Mars Ray disease and nearing death, entrusts Zeheart with the Gundam Legilis before collapsing. Zeheart launches in the Legilis and travels to the asteroid belt where the EXA-DB is believed to reside, following reports of a mysterious mobile suit encounter. On the Federation side, Flit Asuno returns to active duty as commander and orders the summary execution of all Vagan prisoners taken from the Lunar Base. Once the Federation forces gather on the firing line, Zeheart calmly orders the cannon to fire. The Digma Zenon inflicts massive damage on the Federation fleet. Flit predicts the attack and maneuvers the battleship Diva out of the cannon's path, saving the ship. The Federation reorganizes and attempts a center breakthrough assault on La Glamis. Commander Zanald Beyhart learns that Ezelcant has transferred full authority to Zeheart. Zanald decides to betray Zeheart and Fram during the battle. Kio pilots the Gundam AGE-FX but refuses to use its Burst Mode, which would increase destructive power. Deen Anon, a Vagan youth Kio befriended on the Second Moon, launches into battle as an enemy pilot. The next episode pits Kio against his former friend as the battle for La Glamis intensifies.
