I figured I'll start this...
obisdion said somthing about 3 peopple from 3 villages...and I think we should get a person from each village...elected by the people of that village..Let them decide, we can put a time limit on when the debates in and if the village doesnt come to a agreement on a person than they lose time on getting somone into a meeting with the other villages to discusse global rules, issues and bugs, ect ect..

This is a temp idea till we get admins..shoot it could be a full time job, when we elect kaes we elect new ambassadors that would decide rules with the admins..It would be a full time job as in, you have to be a regular active person on the forums and in the game..Not somone who would just sign in once a week or twice, but everyday to see new issues on the forums, and in their village, who have an idea of how the game runs, and can think logically on rules.

If anyone wants to add or edit the above go ahead, I'm open minded to any suggestions or changes.

Logically shouldn't a kage do all of these things? They're elected as the voice of their village because they're competent and can be trusted to make decisions for the village and globally.

ya..but how often does somone get their rank changed to kage? It's up to you though I just set this up because at least I have a chance to get into the meetings for rule making..

Well, I've been waiting on Martin for some time now... he changed everyone I asked for to the exception of myself.

Something now is ideal. I'd say the kage, to the exception of WF who can elect someone to do this. Then things will have a bit of order to them when an admin gets power

I could do it for Grass. Naruda is the Kage of Grass so of course he can also do it. It's not my place to say I'll do it, without letting the village decide, especially as i'm not kage, and for some reason, I've just been told I am being stripped of my Anbu powers.

its worth a try, hide out would also need to elect some one seeing as how neo never gets on.

i know that i'm sick of going to the prison and seeing completely absurd reasons to throw people in jail just so the ANBU or kage can say "hey look how many people i caught"

Neo keeps himself informed, though. And if I may say, if the admins, which I assume will happen if somebody gets the position, do not have the power to set kage, remove them and delete people or at least completely change their names etc. so they can't even login anymore... well, then they are quite useless...

well..if I'm accruate, they never had that ability...they are shown as heads of the game...But they never been able to delete an account or keep somone in prison or change people...so ya they arnt really useful..but it be nice to have somone who would at least have final say on a situation..

Aeandir, Macvaal and Shikamaru_nara used to have the people to change any data of anybody's account, I don't think they could delete accounts, though. But that was at the beginning of 2008 if I am not wrong, so, a lot has changed since.

The only people that could change info or data on people...was martin

Lets save the debating for a different subject.

admin (note: I refer to him as admin as it is his in-game name) was ever after April 2008 or so, before they stepped down / didn't have the power anymore, the three I previously named could and did change the info of persons. There were people that were, for multiple offenses, prisoned for all time. E-mail address, login, password and name was changed to some weird letter combination, they have been resetted to level 1, stripped off all skill- and jutsu points, that's pretty much it.

And nobody will ever have the power to do this again and unless they have this power, any admin would be useless. Just let admin handle it... that's all we can do anyways.

Tricking people into thinking that there are beings with power... Created a facade of a "government" for NFG... I'm in.

PS: Kage =/= Ambassador

Ambassador (from my understanding): A veteran of the game that has been active (may or may not be currently) and has proven him/herself to be qualified for a position that involves activity and a logical thinking process.

Kage: A player (usually high in level) voted in my a majority of his/her village by people he/she may or may not know.

There's a difference...

Also, Naruda gave me permission to take his seat on the Meetings when we finally get this going...

I'm thinking I'll be useing my multi (which is known just for some reason not prison...reprsioned its name is warrior009 go ahead and reprison it but going to get on it here soon to post for mist...)

So, get ahold of kages or anbu's of each village to get this ambassador setup going, or kages deciding they want to do this...It's a open field, Kages have first pick, if somone feels they would rather do it, contact your Kage and ask for permission like I did...

What you guys think about...next Saturday we set up the Roster list of whose going to be the speaker of each village?

Umm... Waterfall has no Kage... I'd be glad to take partake in this. Also, is it going to be 1 person per village? Or will it be more than one, like up to 3?

If you are partaking for Grass village then I know longer have to take an interest in this?

I think that its a good idea, i also think it should be just 1 person per village otherwise we get problems with too many people discussing, inactivity and stuff like that
We need to have a back-up guy though i suppose in case an ambassador is on holiday or loses internet connection etc.
