Description
Naval Commander Bosgan is a ranking officer within the Crisis Empire and serves as one of the four great captains leading the Earth invasion force in Kamen Rider BLACK RX. He holds the title of Naval Commander and is specifically in charge of the Man-Beast or Mutant unit, which consists of the empire's strange demon soldiers. A proud Crisisian by birth, Bosgan comes from an aristocratic background and considers himself a pure member of the Crisis race, a fact that greatly influences his worldview. His physical design is distinctive, featuring a sleek, smart build and a helmet-like head with a red visor, from which a small human-like face on his forehead speaks.
