Yoshikatsu Fujiki is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on January 20, 1964, in Toyama Prefecture, Japan. He is recognized for his work in both live-action films and anime, and is noted for his physical stature of 190 centimeters.

Fujiki's career is closely associated with filmmaker Mamoru Oshii, particularly through his involvement in the Kerberos saga, a series of works that explore themes of policing and identity in alternate historical settings. His first credited role was in the 1991 live-action film StrayDog: Kerberos Panzer Cops, where he played the character Inui. He continued this collaboration in the 1992 Oshii-directed film Talking Head.

Fujiki's most prominent voice acting role, and a significant entry in the Kerberos saga, came in 1999 with the anime film Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade. He provided the voice for the protagonist, Corporal Kazuki Fuse, a member of an elite police unit struggling with the aftermath of a traumatic incident. This performance remains his most widely recognized work in animation.

Beyond his work in the Kerberos universe, Fujiki has appeared in other projects directed by Mamoru Oshii. In 2009, he featured in the live-action film Assault Girls, playing the character Jager. He also appeared in the 2015 live-action film The Next Generation Patlabor: Tokyo War. His filmography includes a role in the 1998 live-action film Black Angel and a guest appearance in the television series Kamen Rider Black RX in 1988.
