Inspetor Dasmader, also known as Colonel Dasmader, is a major antagonist introduced in the latter half of Kamen Rider BLACK RX. He is a high-ranking officer of the Crisis Empire, sent by the supreme ruler Emperor Crisis to serve as an inspector for the empire's struggling invasion of Earth. His primary mission is to observe the performance of the invasion force and take whatever steps are necessary to get the stalled operation back on track.

Personality-wise, Dasmader is characterized by an overwhelming sense of arrogance and cruelty. He carries himself with a haughty demeanor, believing his authority from the emperor places him above the existing command structure. This unexplained survival is eventually clarified when Maribaron discovers the truth: Dasmader is not merely an agent of the emperor but is actually a secondary body or living vessel for Emperor Crisis. He serves as an avatar, allowing the emperor to personally oversee the invasion while operating through a separate, seemingly disposable form. In the final episode, after BLACK RX refuses the empire's demands, this true nature is made explicit. Dasmader is summoned and subsequently destroyed, and his demise directly leads to the emergence of Emperor Crisis himself for the final battle.

In terms of combat abilities, Dasmader is a formidable fighter. His primary weapon is a sword, which he wields with significant skill, engaging in swift, athletic duels with BLACK RX. Beyond his physical combat prowess, he possesses several unique superhuman powers. He can launch powerful fireballs from the panther-like head ornament on his helmet, which are strong enough to blast through solid rock. Additionally, he can fire a green energy beam from his helmet that takes the shape of a dragon's head, giving him a powerful ranged attack. These abilities, combined with his high rank and the shocking revelation of his true identity, establish him as one of the most notable and dangerous adversaries in the series.
