High Priest Baraom is a prominent antagonist in Kamen Rider BLACK, serving as one of the three High Priests of the malevolent secret society known as Gorgom. His appearance is striking and inhuman, featuring a stone-like green face and mechanical arms. Within the hierarchy of Gorgom, Baraom is specifically entrusted with the deployment of the organization's Mutants, sending them to carry out the group's dark schemes.
