Guilherme Lopes is a Brazilian voice actor and actor, recognized for his extensive work in dubbing for film and television. Born Luiz Guilherme de Azevedo Lopes on October 8, 1959, in São Paulo, he has built a career spanning over three decades, becoming a prominent figure in Brazilian dubbing. His voice is known for a wide range of characters in animation and live-action, as well as for his on-screen acting roles.

Lopes's work in anime and animation is diverse. He voiced Guile in the various adaptations of Street Fighter II, including the animated movie and series. In the popular franchise One Piece, he voiced the character Douglas Bullet in the film One Piece Stampede. He also took on the role of Naobito Zenin in the series Jujutsu Kaisen. His contribution to the Transformers franchise includes voicing Megatron in the Netflix series Transformers: War for Cybertron Trilogy: Siege, a role performed at the Delart studio in Rio de Janeiro. Earlier, he had voiced Optimus Primal in the classic series Beast Wars.
