Description
The character known as Orange Snail is a Destructoid, a type of mechanical monster, from the Android Kikaider series. His background is tragic and rooted in deception. He was created by Dr. Komyoji, the very scientist who built the hero, Kikaider. However, Dr. Komyoji was suffering from amnesia and was tricked by the villainous Professor Gill into believing that Kikaider had murdered his own children. Consumed by a desire for revenge under this false pretense, Komyoji built Orange Snail as a weapon to destroy his own creation.
Orange Snail's personality is distinct from many other Destructoids, as he is described as being purely evil. Despite being brought into existence by Dr. Komyoji, he feels no loyalty toward his creator. His true allegiance lies entirely with Professor Gill and the evil organization DARK, to whom he is completely subordinate.
His motivations are straightforward and villainous. He exists to carry out DARK's plot by eliminating Kikaider.
