Description
Kazuki Nishina is a Prism Star known by the title Street Charisma, a member of the popular unit Over The Rainbow within the Edel Rose training school. He originates from Tokyo, where he was born on May 5th, and stands at 162 centimeters tall. Kazuki has brown eyes, tanned skin, and distinctive silver hair that is spiked up; his hair is naturally black but he bleached it out of admiration for the former Street Charisma, Rei Kurokawa. He is the son of a family that runs a sign-painting business, and he continues to work in this trade, which has helped him develop keen drawing and painting skills.

Kazuki possesses an energetic, positive, and reliable personality, which makes him a supportive figure to his friends and a caring upperclassman to his juniors. He is often seen as a big brother figure and is known for being straightforward with a warm heart. Despite his confidence in other areas, he becomes easily flustered and is inexperienced when it comes to romance, a trait highlighted when he receives confessions from Wakana Morizono and Ann Fukuhara. He is academically studious and holds ambitions to attend Tokyo University.

Within the story of King of Prism: PRIDE the HERO, one of Kazuki's primary motivations is his dedication to self-improvement for the Prism King Cup. He persistently seeks out training from his idol, Rei Kurokawa, and is initially declined multiple times before finally succeeding in his quest to be mentored by him. As a member of Over The Rainbow, he shares close and enduring relationships with his unit members Kouji Mihama and Hiro Hayami. His role in the film includes stepping back from a direct competition to allow his successor to grow, as he appoints Taiga Kougami to take his place. During the Prism King Cup, he faces a challenge from Alexander Yamato, who disrupts the stadium. In response, Kazuki performs the song Freedom to restore the arena and the audience's excitement, an act for which he is disqualified but which demonstrates his commitment to the spirit of the performance over the rules. He also supports Kouji's decision to go to America, though he expresses concern for how it will affect both Kouji and Hiro.

Kazuki's notable abilities as a Prism Star include a range of powerful Prism Jumps. Among these are dynamic performances such as Breaking Fire Storm Burning, which generates a fiery tornado and dragon, and Burning Sword Breaker, which features aerial heroic maneuvers. He is associated with songs and performances including Freedom, Athletic Core, and Neo Street Stream. Beyond his Prism Shows, he works as an actor in the drama Dramatic Love to overcome his stage fright, and he also hosts a children's morning television show called Dance no Onii-san, aligning with his natural affinity for young audiences.
