TV-Series
Description
Limmons Vacheron, also spelled Limons Vacheron or Lymmons, is an officer of the Meister Guild in the world of Clockwork Planet. He is a loyal dependent of the Vacheron family, following their orders without question. His background places him within the administrative and political operations of the guild, as he openly admits to having no skill in actual clocksmithing. Instead, he works in the behind-the-scenes management and political maneuvering that the guild requires.

In terms of personality, Vacheron is an amoral man. He shows no hesitation or guilt when contemplating the destruction of large populations, such as the twenty million residents of Kyoto, if it serves the interests of the Vacheron family. He values control and autonomy in pursuing his goals, and he is assertive and direct in his dealings. He operates with a strong sense of duty to his family name, which drives his actions throughout the series.

His primary motivation is unwavering loyalty to the Vacheron family. He sees their objectives as absolute and acts as an enforcer of their will, using his position in the Meister Guild to facilitate their plans. This places him in direct opposition to the main characters, who seek to prevent large-scale tragedies and expose corruption within the governing systems of the clockwork world.

Vacheron’s role in the story is that of an antagonist tied to the Vacheron family’s schemes. He does not undergo significant personal development; he remains a steadfast agent of his family’s agenda from introduction to conclusion. His key relationships are defined by this loyalty: he serves the Vacheron family and works alongside other guild officers who share their interests. He views the protagonists, including Naoto Miura and his companions, as obstacles to be eliminated.

His notable abilities lie in administrative and political manipulation rather than technical engineering. He is skilled in orchestrating events from behind the scenes, using the Meister Guild’s structure to advance his family’s goals. His lack of clocksmith expertise is a deliberate contrast to the technically gifted main cast, highlighting his role as a bureaucratic antagonist rather than a hands-on combatant or engineer.
